“Before you start anything, learn how to finish it.”

And this hit me so hard and encouraged me to pen it down.

Initiatives are essential to be taken when the right time comes, life will become tasteless and colorless without new beginnings. Everyone needs some goals and their fulfillment is necessary though. Even a master was also a starter at some time. Sharing your flaws sometimes carries weight. And I never hesitate when I talk about my bugs.

Let’s not talk around, and come to the point, so the major drawback in my smooth going life was that at any moment when I start anything new, with great enthusiasm and dedication, but every time I got failed to reach the finish line like I am racing with a boost at starting but till the end I lose my touch.

Finishing something is as important as starting, having a good hand in something and adopting professionalism needs an ending certificate. Which will only be possible when you will chase the pace.

Every new beginning targets some thoughts in one’s mind, what we call encouraging thoughts, and maybe discouraging sometimes. They can be problematic thoughts or path-finding thoughts, this is all the game of the mind, you have to play well, becoming a good player will definitely make your game easy.

So dear novice, for becoming a veteran you have to climb the stairs step by step carrying the weight of thoughts, to reach your destination and gain perfection. Here will be some thoughts and solutions to many problems which every beginner goes through in his learning stage. Some magnetic thoughts will pull you towards idleness and some will push you towards success. The choice is all yours whom to invite and whom to reject.

The list of Thirteen Thoughts are as follows:

1. “What is visible is not what it is and it is not what it is” ~ Jo dikhta he, vo hota nahi, aur jo hota he, vo dikhta nahi!

Sounds confusing right? But that’s the reality, thinking to initiate and begin something is easy, but implementation is far more difficult. There should be a smart selection of lenses to see the unseen. A good start may clear many paths, but walking is still your choice. Choose the necessary and refuse the redundant.

2. “I would prefer not to” ~ Your preference makes the difference!

Yes, your preferences and choices will definitely make you unique and identifiable from others. Smart choices will make your work easy. The authentic decision need to be taken. So after starting anything, prefer works that are healthy for your goals and avoid doing something on the Fly.

3. “Taking your hands off in the mid is a poor deed”

It might be clear from the topic itself, holding your breath in the mid of anything will cause you many troubles. I myself sometimes leave things in the middle and start doing something new, because I lost interest very soon. This habit can be troublesome. Hurdles may come, you just have to accelerate your courage and give a boost to your work.

4. For we can only know that we know nothing ~ and so little knowledge is a dangerous thing!

So that’s true having no knowledge and having little knowledge both will cause pain in the neck. If you are thinking of expertise by just knowing a little, you are probably having a misconception. Satisfaction is only when you take a deep dive into the ocean of knowledge.

5. “Skepticism on ability will decrease the end’s probability”

Self-doubt and lack of confidence will probably make your goal uncertain. Remember anything is possible, have faith in yourself. Just make yourself believe you can and you will. So to increase the probability of success, you need to have faith in yourself.

6. “When One direction breaks into Different directions”

I have the habit of leaving something and chasing the other one. That means I used to start any activity but then in the mid I get fascinated towards another hobby, which causes lack of perfection as well as knowledge. So, choose one direction, go on it, work, learn and achieve. Avoid chasing different directions at the same time.

7. Eraser will be needed ~ Initial mistakes by pencil can be improved but errors through pens will be difficult to repair.

So the sense behind this is that if you will move ahead by clearing and repairing your mistakes, you will find less difficulty further. Erasers can improve initial mistakes done by pencil but the ink will cause a massive impact which will leave some marks. As a beginner try to improve your mistakes from the starting only. The key to perfection is through improvement.

8. The ability to Triumph defines your determination.

Who wants to get defeated, everyone wants to win. When your only aim is Victory, nobody can stop you, you yourself have the key to success, just an effort and determination will unlock all the doors precisely.

9. Courage ~ Dear Heart!

Losing hopes when getting stuck, or unable to find a solution leads you to quiet things easily, the courage and desires vanish, and the satisfaction too fades, so just strengthen your heart, train your brain and just do it. When you get stuck just recall this inspiring quote by Albert Einstein ~ “ In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity

10. Include hows and whys ~ Question yourself!

Through Self-questioning, you can learn to be Introspective. It means the ability to look inside yourself in a non-judgmental way. The purpose and the goal will become clearer. You will have the ability to analyze and look over them accurately.

11. Pessimist Or Optimist ~ The Choice is All Yours!

Positive and Negative are the two shores, where you are free to choose, and as the choice is all yours, your personality and your professionalism depend on you. Opportunities will be endless,

your strategy and capability to seek the boat of success will define you.

12. The Pull will be Universal!

Yes, nobody will force you to begin something, you yourself have to build courage. If you are aware of your goals, no external push is needed, a universal pull of dedication will take you to your destination.

13. Always be a Beginner ~ Wish to be a beginner every single morning.

“Possibilities are endless and so the opportunities”. No age, no race, and no criteria can stop you from learning, beginning something at any age is a blessing in disguise. A fiery beginner has so much potential to conquer anything. Wake up, and speak “ I can do it”, this will work.

These were the Thirteen Thoughts, which I wanted to share with everyone, such thoughts play a vital role in every beginner’s journey, I agree some thoughts were quite puzzled, but I tried that they define their best meaning.

We all were or are beginners in some fields, so before any initiative just read it once, recall these thoughts, I ensure you, it will help a lot. Because I myself implemented these in my daily life, and it gave me a feeling of satisfaction.

Try this and share your experiences in the comment section below.

Till then,

Stay safe, Stay happy
